Does an external chat operator possess enough skill and knowhow?

We spend a lot of resources to train our chat operators to make them fully aware of the products and services that you provide. Our project manager will soak up your website like a sponge and shares all this information with the operators. Furthermore, the frequently asked questions list that we create is based on the information you provide.

In general our operators follow an 3 to 7 day intensive training under guidance of a project manager for a new project. After completion our staff members will be completely informed of your organization, products and/or service you provide and how your website operates.

In the training we focus completely on providing customer support with lead generation or selling your product and/or service as goal. In case of a request for a quotation or more information our operators will note all the relevant information to present you a warm lead on a silver platter.

We also instruct our operators what they should not do during a chat session. You do not have to worry about our operators starting a discussion about the properties of your products or the content of your services.
